All of us deserve to be happy. But all of us have "baggage": trauma, unresolved issues, loss we haven't dealt with and so many other things from our past acting as anchors, weighing us down and impeding us on our way to happiness.

The Art of Healing empowers you to become your own therapist, and enables you to perform the introspection necessary to undergo the transformative process, so that you can be happier and freer.

 

This can be a painful process, but it's necessary in order to achieve happiness. It could also take a long time. Be patient with yourself and know that there is light at the end of the dark tunnel, should you choose to walk the distance. And it's entirely worth it. You also don't have to go at it alone: there are guided meditations to help you along the way.
