Be Aware
"Good Luck/Bad Luck"
How can one deal with lack of control? Should we accept the cards we have been dealt from the beginning, throw in the towel before the race even started? Or should we try and reach higher, climb whatever invisible stairway our minds envision?
If fate exists, then I don’t want it.
Awareness
Journaling is a commonly used tool in therapy. It allows an individual to get everything out, every thought, every word. And once you visualize it, the process truly begins.
The sharpness of the wooden picks, the bright, violent red contrast the weight of the words and defeat them. Good luck from now on.

Understand
You can still use it!
The curse of being high functional. Just like a broken mirror, even after being fixed, the cracks are still visible, the reflection will never be the same.
But truly, the perspective just changed, the mirror is still a mirror.

Accept
Progress is not unidirectional. It is the movement that matters, not where you are going.
The tattoo needles, bright colours and harsh brush strokes represent the boldness of choosing life, of taking matters into one’s hands.
